By submitting this form and booking accommodation for your pet at Bed & Biscuits Bahrain, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Between 12:00 PM and 07:00 PM.
  • Check-Out: Between 08:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional fees.

2. Booking and Deposits

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm bookings during high season periods (e.g., school holidays, public holidays, or as otherwise defined by the management).
  • Full payment is due upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received and a confirmation email has been sent by us.
  • If, for any reason, you wish to check-out your pet earlier than booked, the paid amount (excluding the deposit) will remain as account credit for you to use against upcoming bookings.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made outside of high season require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • The 30% high season deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • No refunds will be issued for early pick-ups or no-shows.

4. Health and Safety

  • All pets must be up-to-date with vaccinations, including (but not limited to):
    • Dogs: DHPPi, Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
    • Cats: Tricat Trio
  • Proof of vaccination must be submitted prior to check-in.
  • Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and worms. A check may be performed upon arrival. If found with parasites, your pet may be treated at your expense or refused entry.
  • Pets must be in good health and must not have been exposed to any contagious illnesses within the last 30 days.

5. Behavior and Suitability

  • Aggressive or uncontrollable animals may be refused.
  • We reserve the right to separate or isolate animals displaying behavioral issues for the safety of all guests and staff.

6. Medical Treatment

  • In the event of illness or injury, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you or your emergency contact.
  • If immediate care is required, we reserve the right to consult a veterinarian. All costs incurred will be charged to the pet owner.
  • We are not liable for any complications arising from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen medical emergencies.

7. Personal Items

  • You may bring a small number of personal items (e.g., toys, bedding), but we are not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
  • All items must be clearly labeled.

8. Liability

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety and wellbeing, all animals are boarded at the owner’s risk.
  • Bed & Biscuits is not liable for:
    • Any illness, injury, loss, or death occurring during the pet’s stay, except in cases of proven negligence.
    • Any damage your pet causes to other animals, property or staff.

9. Emergency Contact

  • You must provide a reliable emergency contact who is authorized to make decisions on your behalf if you are unreachable.

10. Consent

By signing/submitting this form, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  • You are the legal owner of the pet or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • You grant Bed & Biscuits Bahrain permission to act in the best interests of your pet in case of an emergency.
